Having lived and worked in London, Paris, and Istanbul, she speaks English, French, and Turkish fluently, and converses comfortably in Japanese. She has been in Japan for 21 years. Originally came to train in Aikido but stayed, drawn in by everything Japan has to offer. She trains regularly in Aikido and has a deep appreciation for Japanese manners, precision, and aesthetics.
