Life in Japan
Meals
At Micheal’s English school, we empower our students to take control of their own nutrition by providing fully equipped kitchens in their lodgings. This independence allows them to become self-sufficient and take charge of their health and well-being. Additionally, we incorporate a two-hour lunch break into our daily schedule, providing students with ample time to nourish their bodies and recharge for the rest of the day’s activities. We believe that by fostering autonomy and encouraging healthy habits, our students will not only succeed in their language studies but also in their overall wellness journey.
Students can also enjoy the local cuisine, which is famed for its deliciousness and variety, with numerous eateries and food stalls serving up mouth-watering dishes like takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and kushikatsu. Getting a Visa
As a practical matter, it is each student’s responsibility to establish and attest to their own legal right to travel to Japan, before they are admitted to any course or considered for visa sponsorship by our school.
All applicants are asked to provide valid, current passport information at the time of application and complete a one to one consultation to asses the candidates eligibility.
To study in Japan at Micheal’s English school, a valid passport is all that most students require. After completing the application and consultation one of our faculty staff will be assigned to each student in order to guide and assist you through in the visa sponsorship application process.
For everyone’s protection, a short questionnaire will be completed by all enrolled students — including passport #, home address, family contact, and relevant medical information — and kept on file for police and emergency services, should the need arise.
